Sales Order Management Executive

Job Responsibilities
•Responsible for processing a variety of sales order types in the ERP system in a timely and efficient manner.
•Support and work closely with the business teams to ensure all orders are processed through the entire order processing cycle to meet customers' needs.
•Receive and validate Customer Order / Order Instruction, including but not limited to stock availability, credit limit and other operational parameters
•Coordinate on equipment commissioning
•Close liaison with the warehouse on logistics & transportation co-ordination to ensure deliveries are well coordinated, duly delivered within the stipulated timeline.
•Troubleshoot on any logistics or orders related issues that may arise during the outbound process
•Provide high level of customer service through prompt and courteous communication to understand their requirement, obtain feedback on service performance
•Handle and resolve customers' enquiries and issues promptly and effectively
•Ensure adherence to Regulatory standards (especially by checking products registration before order entry) including customs & export regulations.
•Responsible to familiarize with the ISO13485 procedure & always operate within the guidelines.
•Responsible for monitoring and taking follow-up actions of manual delivery orders issued under urgent circumstances. Close monitoring to ensure all signed documents are received and converted to the appropriate system documents.
•Ensure efficient management of consignment orders between internal & external customers

• Close monitoring and work closely with the responsible sales team to aim for speedy receipt of hospitals' POs to bill off consignment goods.
• Provide monthly report to update business teams on the inventory status for consignment stocks with emphasis on those long overdue consignments
• Conduct regular review and maintenance of contracts to keep contract information up to date
• Creation of blanket orders in the ERP system
• Daily releasing of blanket orders from the system in accordance with customers' requirements.
• To be responsible for all forms of sales returns and price adjustments.
• Generate various types of sales reports in support of sales processes
• Provides timely support and back-up in cross-team operations as and when required.
• Miscellaneous duties as and when assigned by SOM Manager
Work Experience & Qualification
1.Holder of recognized Diploma/Degree or equivalent
2.Minimum 3-4 years of relevant experience in sales order management or in similar capacity
3.Knowledge in sales order management and accounts receivable modules of any ERP system
4.Knowledge of MS Office
5.Preference given to those who can start work immediately
