What you do
Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting in-depth research on competitor analysis, macroeconomic developments, market trends, and industry opportunities.
- Interpreting data, analyzing trends, and developing actionable insights to inform strategic decision-making.
- Tracking the progress of strategic initiatives across the OCBC Group and providing regular updates to the team.
- Assisting in the organization of staff events, such as offsites and workshops, to facilitate strategic dialogues and collaboration.
You'll be joining the Market Insights & Partnerships team within the Group Strategic Planning Office - a central function responsible for driving OCBC's long-term strategy. You'll collaborate with strategy professionals, business leaders, and external partners, gaining valuable insights into the competitive landscape and emerging opportunities.
Who you are
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate or postgraduate degree.
- Demonstrates strong analytical and research skills.
- Possesses a keen interest in financial markets, macroeconomic trends, and industry dynamics.
- Exhibits excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Eager to learn and contribute in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
