**Job Description**:
The Group Head - FP&A is responsible for managing and controlling the financial planning processes of the group, accountable to the Financial Controller, with regular engagements at the senior most level of the company; including the Group MD, CFO and the Global Leadership Team. This role provides the strategic and intellectual leadership within Group Finance ensuring timely, accurate and insightful management reporting of performance to enable sound decision making for the Group that maximises value creation for the shareholder.

This role will be at the forefront of leading the critical transformation journey across the company on FP&A organisation design, financial forecasting and reporting systems and performance management processes. This will need to be done whilst ensuring the focus areas and activities are holistically carried out in line with Group ‘One Toll’ strategy. Furthermore, the values and Toll single strategy must be enabled through ensuring a unified culture of safety, people, customer focus and operational excellence is in place.

The role has a significant responsibility to regularly connect, engage and influence numerous stakeholders, including the Board of Directors, Global Leadership Team members, divisional leaders and finance personnel as well as working closely with the Global Logistics Strategy Division team in Japan Post. This will require a high level of operational discipline to maintain accurate records and exemplary communication skills to manage the multiple stakeholders.

**Qualifications**:
Essential skills for the role include:

- Proven track record of leading a financial planning function for a multi-national organization.
- Proven ability to leverage financial reporting systems to drive efficient and effective reporting.
- Experience in leading mid to large scale ERP system implementation and organisation redesign.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end record to report processes and principles.
- Ability to drive process standardisation and simplification, leveraging system controls and technical solutions.
- Focus on delivering high performance standards and results for the Group.
- Passionately invest in people to build performance for today and tomorrow.
