Factory Manager – Take Charge and Drive Improvement

Location: Singapore

Employment Type: Full Time

Team Size: 35 pax (fabrication and operations team)


About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Factory Manager to lead our factory operations — managing manpower, tracking job output, ensuring quality, and guiding a team of 35 across fabrication and operations.

You will take full ownership of daily activities while working closely with our management team to plan, monitor, and improve how the factory runs. You will also use our HRMS system to track job progress, attendance, and output, with clear reporting.

This is not just a supervision role. We are looking for someone who can keep things tight, drive improvements, and develop the team to perform well over time.


What You Will Be Doing


• Oversee day-to-day factory operations and job tracking

• Plan manpower and schedule work clearly

• Guide, train and nurture factory workers

• Monitor progress using our HRMS system and submit reports regularly

• Maintain quality control and resolve production issues quickly

• Work with management to improve workflows and solve bottlenecks

• Continuously improve existing systems to fit the company's needs

• Combine structure with flexibility — we support logic and initiative


What You Must Have


• At least 3 to 5 years experience in factory or production management

• Strong planning and team management experience (25 to 40 workers)

• Able to use digital job tracking or HRMS tools (training provided if needed)

• Speaks clearly, stays fair, and leads firmly without shouting

• Experience in construction, steelworks or fabrication preferred

• Able to follow through independently and give clear updates
