  • Assist in day-to-day store operations including customer service, food/beverage preparation, cashiering, and stock management

  • Monitor service standards and assist in handling customer feedback

Job Requirements
  • Degree in Business Admin or related fields
  • Familiar with Mandarin as you are required to liaise with the Mandarin-speaking stakeholders
  • Strong learning and problem-solving abilities; able to quickly adapt to new technologies and work environments
