Singapore United Personnel Services Full time $90,000 - $120,000 per year

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, review, and manage shipping and transhipment documentations to ensure accuracy and compliance with import/export regulations.
  • Coordinate customs clearance processes in accordance with local and international requirements.
  • Liaise with logistics partners, customs agents, internal teams, and relevant authorities to ensure timely and efficient shipment handling.
  • Verify billing and invoicing for logistics and customs-related services, resolving discrepancies in coordination with the Finance team.
  • Stay updated on trade and customs regulatory changes, providing guidance and updates to internal stakeholders.
  • Support compliance activities, including customs inspections, audits, and documentation reviews.
  • Maintain accurate and auditable records to ensure operational transparency and adherence to trade regulations.
  • Provide internal support or training to enhance understanding of customs and compliance processes.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree Logistics & Supply Chain Management
  • At least 3 years of experience in logistics coordination or customs management
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems
  • A Certified Declarant or passed Customs Competency Test for Declarants (SC401)
  • Good knowledge of customs procedures, import/export documentation, and trade regulations
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
