Established Import & Export Company dealing with fresh vegetables locating in the western part of Singapore (10 mins from Haw Par Villas MRT)

Job Description

1) Declaring of Import/Export Permit (TradeNet)

2) Manage Shipping Documentations

3) Liaise with overseas suppliers / Shipping line for shipment processing

4) Handle admin & claim and data entry

5) Any other duties assign from time to time

Job Requirements

1) Must Possess Certificate for Singapore Customs Competency Test for Declarants

2) At least 2 years experience in Customs declaration and Shipping matters. On the job training will be provided

3) Minimium "N" levels

4) Computer Knowledge in Microsoft Excel

5) Able to converse in Mandarin and write Chinese (liaise with Chinese suppliers)

6) Good interpersonal skill as job scope require to liaise with Salesman, Suppliers, Shipping company and Haulier

7) Able to write email for any Customs enquiries or discrepancies to Customs

8) Able to liaise with Shipping Company for all matters such as Damage Claim

9) Work independently and willing to learn

10) Some accounting knowledge will be an added advantage

Working Hours : 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday, 5 day week

Salary range : $2,500.00 to $3,000.00 depending on qualification and working experience
