Job Highlights:

  • Working Hours: 5-day work week (8:30 AM – 5:30 PM)
  • Company transport available at Ang Mo Kio, Jurong East, and Bedok MRT

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee accounts receivable operations, including daily sales reconciliation, refunds, and intercompany billings.
  • Manage gift voucher redemption, royalty payments, and customer credit orders.
  • Prepare monthly receivable listings and ageing reports.
  • Review vendor contracts, tenancy agreements, and onboarding documentation.
  • Maintain corporate records, agreements, and compliance documents.
  • Support finance and administrative functions as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma in Accounting or related fields.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and AR processes.
  • Experience in corporate administration or handling contracts is an advantage.
  • Proficient in MS Office and cross-functional communication.
  • Meticulous, proactive, and able to work independently.
