Job Description

* About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR *** Admin Assistant to support our growing team. This hybrid role involves managing daily HR operations while ensuring smooth administrative functioning of the office. The ideal candidate is organized, discreet, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

* Key Responsibilities

Human Resources:

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment: job postings, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
  • Maintain employee records and update HR databases.
  • Help with payroll preparation and attendance tracking.
  • Support implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate employee engagement and welfare activities.

Administrative:

  • Manage office supplies, maintenance, and vendor coordination.
  • Handle documentation, filing, and correspondence.
  • Organize company meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
  • Support management in day-to-day operations and ad hoc tasks.
  • Ensure the office environment is tidy, efficient, and compliant with internal standards.

* Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR and/or administrative support.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
