About the JobTrelleborg Marine & Infrastructure is looking for a motivated Business Unit Marketing Executive - Social Media & Regional Campaigns for a temporary position in Singapore. Collaborate with our creative marketing team to develop a brand new online presence plan and local promotions that improve our brand exposure and impact. The Marketing Executive's scope of work goes beyond the specifics provided below and could vary based on business needs.
Social Media- Work closely with the Marketing Manager and internal stakeholders to develop and implement a social media strategy (both organic and paid) that aligns with the overall business strategy, ensuring its effectiveness in amplifying the brand and extending the brand's influence on audience's behavior.
- Engage with the content lead and the marketing team at large to craft content ideas that enhance the audience experience.
- Develop engaging, creative, innovative content for regularly scheduled posts to drive engagement and lead generation and to promote brand-focused messages.
- Partner with marketing team and assistants to build social media schedules for brand promotions.
- Work with videographers and multimedia designers to ensure that posts are engaging.
- Ensure content is optimized for publication across various social media sites.
- Scheduling posts for release at optimal times.
- Grow awareness, train, and mentor sales managers and subject matter experts for social media use.
- Audits and analyses social media presences, including advertising costs and returns.
- Assess social media campaigns and collect audience data and perspectives to identify chances for improving social media promotions.
- Ensure timely response to social media comments.
- Effective management of social media platforms.
- Monitors and develops reports on competitor activity within social media spaces.
- Assist the PA marketing executive in coordinating, executing, and leading all aspects of email campaigns for PA Gas Transfer.
- Functions as the main point of contact for PA Gas Transfer in the BU, offering insights to the PA Marketing Executive regarding campaign launch, messaging, and strategic direction.
- Ensure that all PA GT marketing initiatives align with broader BU marketing goals and contribute to overall business growth.
- Improve teamworks across product areas to optimize marketing impact and efficiency.
- Be responsible for the end-to-end execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, paid media, and offline channels.
- Partner with designers, content creators, the extensive marketing team, and external agencies to secure timely campaign execution.
- Ensure campaign consistency across all touchpoints.
- Define benchmarks and track campaign performance using analytics tools.
- Collaborate closely with the broader marketing group to perform A/B testing and improve campaigns to boost engagement, conversion rates, and value.
- Generate reports and insights to guide future marketing initiatives.
- Ideally a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Marketing or Mass Communications or a related field.
- At least 3 to 4 years of proven coordinated marketing and campaign execution experience with a global or regional environment.
- Proven track record in social media & influencer campaign strategies.
- Skilled in video and graphic design creation/editing tools.
- Knowledge and experience in the maritime or infrastructure industry preferred.
- Strong business insight with a strategic perspective.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent understanding of and ability to apply modern marketing principles and is abreast with the latest marketing information.
- Excellent MS Office skills.
- Possesses a high level of integrity with strong work ethics.
- A self-starter, resourceful, independent, reliable, requiring minimal direction.
- Strong interpersonal & communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally & with all levels of people.
- Highly organized and collaborative.
- Thorough with a focus on details.
