Job Title: Medical Business Unit Lead

Join a dynamic and fast-growing life sciences organization as we seek an experienced and strategic leader to head our global medical business unit.

The Role:

Reporting to the CEO, you will oversee the global commercial strategy for our medical business unit, driving growth through strategic planning, market expansion, and high-performing teams across multiple regions.

This is a unique opportunity to shape the direction of a global brand at the intersection of science and healthcare.



Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and execute global business strategy in alignment with corporate goals.
  • Drive revenue growth, margin performance, and market share across international markets.
  • Lead and scale high-performing commercial teams, developing talent and instilling a performance-driven culture.
  • Enhance go-to-market approaches, combining distributor channels with direct sales initiatives in key territories.
  • Collaborate with R&D and marketing to align product offerings with market needs and commercial potential.


Requirements:
  1. A bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, or related discipline; MBA preferred.
  2. 10–15 years of experience in the MedTech industry, with at least 5 years in a global or regional leadership role.
  3. Strong commercial track record, including sales management, business development, and P&L responsibility on a regional/international remit.
  4. In-depth understanding of the global Healthcare ecosystem, including key markets and customer segments.
  5. Exceptional leadership, execution, and communication skills.
  6. A hands-on, results-driven style, with the ability to lead both strategically and operationally.
