Responsibilities:HR Administration
o Manage employee onboarding & offboarding process
o Be the super user to Infotech HR system
o Manage all aspects of employee insurance program
o Assist in the conduct of annual performance review
o Prepare and apply for any grants related to HR and office productivity
o Preparation of HR-related letters
Employee Engagement
o Spearhead initiatives aimed at enhancing employee engagement and solicit feedback to assess the efficacy of such programs
o Coordinate and facilitate team engagement and bonding activities to foster camaraderie and collaboration within the workforce
o Manage the administration of employee awards and recognition programs to acknowledge and celebrate outstanding contributions within the organisation
o Purchase and make logistic arrangements for any office collaterals and gifts
Payroll
o Perform full spectrum of monthly payroll computation & processing (including monthly CPF, commission, allowances, NS pay, maternity reimbursement and etc), for approx. 100 employees for SG
o Ensure timely payroll submission in accordance with regulatory guidelines
o Check and review regional monthly payroll computation (MY, TH and VN)
o Prepare monthly payroll reconciliation and work with finance on any variances
o Process employee income tax and any regulatory submissions
o Develop SOP for payroll as a training guide for HR
o Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Learning & Development
o Oversee the Learning Management System, encompassing tasks such as establishing training categories, maintaining training records, conducting training evaluations, and preparing reports.
o Fulfil the role of coordinator during training sessions, which involves managing attendee registration and overseeing online classroom activities.
o Aggregate training requirements and identify opportunities for external training procurement as necessary.
Requirements:o Minimum Diploma in Business Management, Human Resources or related field
o At least 3 years of relevant work experience
o Able to work independently in a team environment
o Proficient in Microsoft Words, Excel
o Knowledge of Infotech software would be an added advantage
