- Design, develop, and maintain the ultra-low latency, high-frequency trading (HFT) execution engine and order management system.
- Optimize the entire trade execution path, from network layer to application logic, to minimize latency at every stage.
- Implement, enhance, and deploy execution algorithms (e.g., VWAP, TWAP, Liquidity Seeking) to improve performance and reduce market impact.
- Collaborate closely with Quantitative Researchers to translate complex trading models into robust, high-performance production code.
- Identify, analyze, and resolve system bottlenecks and technical challenges in a real-time environment.
- Research and integrate new technologies and methodologies to continuously advance our trading infrastructure.
- Bachelor's or higher degree in quantitative field.
- Able to work during core EU business hours.
- Brings 3+ years of professional software development experience with a strong command of modern C++.
- Possesses a solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and low-latency optimization techniques.
Experience in the following is highly desirable:
Python for scripting and data analysis.
- Financial markets, electronic trading, or market microstructure.
- Developing or working within high-performance trading systems.
- Kernel bypass networking, hardware optimization, or Linux systems tuning.
