**Team Overview**:
Individual will be responsible for the commercial implementation of FICC pricing and quantitative deliveries from the TDS QMA/Quant group to Front Office. Deliveries include new models, market data, pre-trade pricing, real time pricing, and other products. Individual will be expected to work in partnership with users across a wide range of teams including development, Trading, Market Risk, Finance and QMA. Experience in other parts of the business is a plus, as seeing things from the user's point of view is extremely useful in this role.

Individual will need to build strong working relationships with all stakeholders and be comfortable discussing specific quantitative, trading, and business requirements with end users. Individual needs to be well organized and comfortable managing multiple priorities.

The individual will also be responsible for monitoring service, productivity and implement continuous performance improvements where opportunities exist. Support production stability and facilitate remediation plans to address performance/risk issues. Maintain thorough understanding of all key risk and risk-related issues through continual review of risk reports/related data and dialogue with relevant parties.

**Skills & Requirements**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop real-time pricing and risk management systems
- Work with Quants on implementation of pricing and risk models for FICC cash and derivatives products
- Work with Data Engineering teams on real-time data feeds for use in pricing and risk systems and downstream

**Requirements**:

- Degree specializing in Computer Science or other quantitative discipline
- 7+ years of relevant industry experience developing real-time pricing/risk/trading systems
- Strong problem-solving skills, ability to independently identify and solve problems in an effective and timely manner
- Strong project management skills; able to prioritize and manage workloads to deliver quality results and meet assigned timelines
- Support a positive work environment that promotes service to the business, quality and teamwork and ensure timely and effective communication
- Strong communication skills (both written and oral) to establish effective relationships across multiple business stakeholders
- Experience of the following technologies:

- Java 8/Scala
- React and AngularJS
- Solace, Hazelcast for streaming and distribution
- ZeroMQ and raw sockets for remoting
- Google Protocol Buffers/JSON for serialization

**Preferred**:

- Experience with implementing high throughput and low latency messaging systems
- Experience with FICC derivatives pricing models and associated risk policies
- Experience in other business areas outside FICC
- Experience with various pricing/risk/trading/data vendor systems (Murex, Calypso, Bloomberg & ION)
- Working knowledge of statistical data analysis tools/techniques
- CFA and/or FRM would be considered an asset
