Responsibilities
  • Promote and sell gold, diamond, and luxury jewellery items to customers.
  • Deliver an outstanding shopping experience by providing excellent customer service.
  • Address customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns with professionalism.
  • Assist in store operations, including stock management, inventory checks, and replenishment.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards to reflect the brand's luxury image.
  • Contribute to meeting and exceeding individual and team sales targets.

Requirements
  • N level/Diploma and above
  • Willing to work retail hours, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Passionate about Luxury jewellery with a service-oriented and customer-first mindset.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to engage with a multilingual clientele is an advantage.
  • Sales Driven, Well Groomed
  • Prior experience in retail, luxury goods, or jewellery industry preferred, but not mandatory (training provided).
