Backed by world-class investors, we are on track to be one of the few cash flow positive, tech-enabled unicorns based out of Singapore.As a BPM Intern at Sleek, you will be part of the BPM team under the global COO office, with a focus on Design & Optimization of business processesProcess Documentation, SOP and process flow diagramsSupport strategic initiatives to provide a delightful and exceptional customer experienceSupport all 3 key business segments in delivering world-class servicesSupport the design and continuous improvement, and optimisation of business processesSupport the development and maintenance of process documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and process flow diagramsSupport the delivery of training and e-learning materials for the team with every new processAssist in the organisation and management of the team's data resources to make them immediately accessible for analysisAudit the quality, integrity and comprehensiveness of the data collectedEnsure that client information is accurately reflected and updatedClean, organise and interpret data with appropriate tools to rectify issues in a sustainable approach whenever a new pattern is detectedDevelop and build knowledge management capabilities to facilitate best practices across teams and countriesAssist in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management across all operations teams and countries to deliver valuable projectsSupport the BPM managers by driving various initiatives and projects, giving regular progress updates and ensuring timely completion There are 3 key pillars for Customer Experience at the BPM TeamProcess ExcellenceBe part of the team that equips our teams with the best training, SOPs and processes to deliver world-class servicesChange EnablementBe part of the team that designs the process and uses data for early detection of customer concerns and weaknesses in current processesContinuous Improvement & AuditBe part of the team that reviews customer escalations and data points to find permanent solutions to issues raised by customersAs a BPM intern at Sleek, you will be part of a highly collaborative and amazing team, with a focus on strategic & continuous improvement projects focusing on data quality & operational excellence.Bachelor's Degree and above (final year or fresh graduates)Willingness to learn and a curious mindsetBe highly collaborative, as the role will work closely with other department members on cross-functional projectsStrong teamwork, organisational and interpersonal skillsPossess strong analytical and critical thinking skills with a flair for data analysisAbility to work independently; can prioritise and adjust tasks in a dynamic and fast-paced environmentStrong Project Management experience with attention to detailBehavioural fit is also important at Sleek, and we will be looking for candidates that have a proven track record of embodying the below attributes in their recent roles:Ownership: This shows reliability and helps build trust within the team. The interview processThe successful candidate will participate in the below interview stages. We anticipate the process to last no more than 3 weeks from start to finish.Whether the interviews are held over video call or in person will depend on your location and the role.
