We're seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Baker to join our bakery team. As a Junior Baker, you'll assist in the production of high-quality baked goods, learn new skills, and contribute to the success of our bakery.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Baking and Production:

  2. Assist in the production of bread, pastries, cakes, and other baked goods.

  3. Follow recipes and production schedules to ensure timely delivery of products.

  4. Quality Control:

  5. Ensure all products meet quality standards and presentation guidelines.

  6. Taste and inspect products to ensure consistency and quality.

  7. Kitchen Maintenance:

  8. Maintain a clean and organized bakery environment, adhering to health and safety standards.

  9. Clean and sanitize equipment, utensils, and workstations.

  10. Teamwork:

  11. Work collaboratively with other bakery staff to ensure efficient production and minimize delays.

  12. Support colleagues during busy periods and contribute to a positive team environment.

Requirements:

  1. Experience: Previous experience in a bakery or related role is an advantage, but not required.

  2. Skills:

  3. Basic knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients.

  4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.

  5. Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.

  6. Qualifications:

  7. No specific qualifications required, but a certificate or diploma in baking is an advantage.
