Responsibilities

  • Maintain and continuously improve Integrated Management Systems (ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001) and bizSAFE certification.
  • Plan and lead internal audits; coordinate external certification and surveillance audits.
  • Facilitate Management Review and QEHS Committee meetings; cascade company objectives into departmental targets.
  • Develop and deliver QEHS training, inductions, and refresher programs; maintain competency and training records.
  • Conduct risk assessments, site inspections, and incident investigations; ensure corrective and preventive actions are implemented.
  • Monitor compliance with WSH regulations, permits, and statutory requirements; liaise with regulators and auditors.
  • Consolidate and report safety, environmental, and quality performance metrics in line with corporate requirements.
  • Support regional QEHS initiatives, including certification management, audits, procedure harmonization, and knowledge sharing across group companies.

Requirements

  • Minimum 8–10 years of experience managing QEHS in heavy industries (e.g., power, industrial, oil & gas, or similar).
  • Strong knowledge of ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO and hands-on experience with external audits.
  • Experience in maintaining and renewing bizSAFE certification.
  • Proven ability to lead audits, reviews, and compliance activities regionally.
