Central Region, Singapore Metaphor Design + Architecture Pte. Ltd. Full time $90,000 - $120,000 per year

Requirements:

  • Recognized ITE/NTC or Diploma in Architecture

  • Min. 3 years working experience in Singapore

  • Relevant experience and competency in Corenet submissions and is familiar with prevailing BIM submission standards and authorities' submission procedures

  • Hands on experience with Autocad, Auotdesk Revit Architecture
  • Experienced in site co-ordination works
  • Able to work independently
  • Singapore Citizens/SPR/EP holders are encourage to apply (No SPass quota available)

Job scope:

  • Prepare Architectural detailed designs, tender drawings set, construction drawings set required for submission, tender and construction.
  • Produce Authority submission drawings and documents such as Technical Requirements, Fire Codes, Green Mark, Build ability Score Calculation,etc
  • Submission to Relevant  Authorities  to obtain clearance/approval of DC/BP and TOP/CSC and  to secure all necessary approvals  and technical clearances timely
  • Correspondence and consultation with  Planning and Building  Authority Officers
