Responsibilities:

  • Performance Reporting
    : Ensure accurate and timely delivery of investment performance and analytical reports for Portfolio Managers, Client Groups, and Senior Management.
  • Client Support
    : Address queries on fund/benchmark returns, asset returns, or attribution results, and support fund managers and sales teams.
  • Data Management
    : Maintain portfolio data for accurate performance calculations and manage the performance-specific change process.
  • Compliance
    : Maintain GIPS composites and ensure compliance with GIPS standards.
  • Process Improvement
    : Identify and execute continuous process improvement and automation initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.
  • 5 to 10 years of experience in performance analysis, risk analysis, or a similar role.
  • CIPM or CFA preferred (or working towards).
  • Strong understanding of portfolio analysis, including performance and attribution calculation methodologies.
  • Experience with FactSet, Morningstar Direct, Aladdin, or Bloomberg is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Excel and programming languages (Power Query or SQL) is highly desirable.
