Job Description

Responsibilities

SAP Project Management – Phase 1

Assist the Project Manager in the overall implementation and deployment of SAP in the following (but non-exhaustive) list:

Ø  Master data clean up (Singapore - Oracle, Korea - Navision)

Ø  Setting up of approval hierarchies based on the approved Delegation of Authority

Ø  Learning and understanding about the functionalities, capabilities and concepts about the different "Finance-To-Manage", "Procure-To-Pay" and "Order-To-Cash" modules in SAP

Ø  Coordinate and facilitate the training sessions for relevant parties

Ø  Coordinate and facilitate the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for relevant parties

Ø  Define the different processes on accounts payable, accounts Receivable, general ledger, intercompany, cash management, treasury, finance master data management, procure-to-pay, quote-to-cash. Ensuring there is segregation of duties

Ø  Migration of existing data from current ERPs to SAP, performing validations to ensure the accuracy of the data

Other Projects

Other projects initiatives in alignment with the Group

Financial Analysis

Involve and support in annual budgeting, reforecasting process

Analysis of financial results between actual and budgeted/forecasted

Participate in monthly operations control reporting
 

Qualifications

● Bachelor's degree in quantitative discipline (Accounting, Finance, or a related field)

● years of experience in auditing/accounting/financial experience

● Ability to communicate and collaborate with all levels of management/organization

● Demonstrated ability to work as a team player as well as the independency as an individual contributor

● Solid work ethic, self-driven with the ability to work with minimal supervision

● Strong fundamental accounting technical knowledge

● Detailed oriented and organized individual

● Positive attitude, self-driven and highly motivated

Additional Information

● Professional qualifications such as: ACCA, CPA, ACA, CA.

● Knowledge of SAP and its financial reporting capabilities is a plus

● Worked in MNC environment before

●      Good in Google Sheets and Google Slides
