HR & Admin Specialist (Tech)

We are partnering with a technology company to hire an HR & Admin Specialist to join their expanding team. This role will be supporting daily HR operations and office administration. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment and enjoys wearing multiple hats. You'll play a key role in shaping employee experience and supporting the team's rapid growth.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee full-cycle recruitment (posting, screening, interviews, onboarding)
- Keep HRIS and personnel files accurate and compliant
- Manage benefits, leave tracking, and claims
- Coordinate performance reviews and training logistics
- Implement HR policies and ensure labor-law compliance
- Lead engagement initiatives and internal communications
- Run day-to-day office operations and supplies procurement
- Arrange travel, events, and meeting logistics
- Work with vendors and building relationships
- Maintain an organized, well-stocked workspace
- Handle mail, couriers, and other office logistics
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience as HR Generalist
- Strong understanding of employment laws and HR best practices
- Strong communication skills in both English and Mandarin (for liaising with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Collaborative team player with a proactive, solution-driven mindset
