Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Field Service Technician to support machinery operations across the region. This role involves hands-on technical service, customer support, and collaboration with internal teams to ensure smooth equipment performance and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of industrial machinery and equipment at client sites.
  • Execute planned shutdown maintenance at manufacturing or chemical facilities.
  • Install CNC machines and conduct operational trials to ensure readiness and performance.
  • Maintain accurate service documentation, including reports, equipment registration, and record-keeping.
  • Advise clients on proper machine operation and maintenance practices.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and service partners.
  • Take on additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements
  • Minimum ITE or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
  • Possession of a valid Class 3 driving license.
  • Prior experience in machinery servicing or a related technical field.
  • Ability to work independently across both electrical and mechanical systems.
  • Willingness to travel internationally for service assignments.
