We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Executive to support our logistics operations, with a focus on inventory management, global leasing, and container coordination (one-way and brand-new units). The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring efficient and cost-effective container movement across global locations while maintaining accurate stock and leasing records.

Key Responsibilities

  • Inventory Management
  • Monitor and manage container inventory across depots and customer locations
  • Maintain accurate records in inventory systems and prepare regular reports
  • Coordinate with operations and commercial teams to align supply with demand
  • Global Leasing Coordination
  • Liaise with global partners and agents for container leasing arrangements
  • Track leasing contracts, renewal dates, and billing accuracy
  • Support negotiations and ensure compliance with leasing terms and agreements
  • One-Way & Brand New Container Coordination
  • Plan and execute one-way container deployment strategies
  • Coordinate shipment and delivery of brand-new containers from manufacturers
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to optimise routing and turnaround time
  • General Logistics Support
  • Ensure timely documentation and compliance with international shipping regulations
  • Assist in resolving operational issues and support continuous process improvements

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in logistics or container coordination (preferred)
  • Familiarity with global shipping and leasing processes
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and logistics/inventory systems
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities

  • Tuas Avenue 6
  • Mondays to Fridays : 8.30am to 5.30pm
