Having 3 ~ 5 years of Logistics Operational and Customer Services experiences.

Ideally, having Airfreight GSA experiences will be an added advantage.

Primarily role: Operations and Customers Services Executive

Secondary role: Sales support Executive

**Responsibilities**:

- Daily Operational and Customer services follow up with both internal and external customers.
- Monitoring shipments closely and provide timely update to both internal and external customers.
- Will to take on new job responsibilities and new tasks from time to time.
- For example: Sales support roles and functions。

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma or Degrees equivalent experience
- 5+ years' of Freight Forwarding Operational and Customer Services experience
- Willing to work in a newly start-up environment and growth together with the organization.
- Excellent written and verbal skills in both English and Mandarin
- Self-motivated, able to work in a team and independently
