We are looking for a Shipping & Logistics Executive to join the supply chain team at Wyeth Nutritional Singapore. In this role, you will manage all import and export activities, prepare and follow-up on shipping documents, obtains certificates and permits from relevant authorities. In addition, you will ensure compliance with corporate and government regulatory agencies and liaise with internal and external parties on shipping issues.

**A day in the life of...**
- Coordinates execution of the Imports / Exports related activities (customs clearance, air, road & sea, international transportation booking, etc) be it oursourced or inhouse.
- Review and maintain General Shipping Instructions with Markets & IMSP when necessary
- Handle customers complain, arrange survey and making claims if any
- Liaise with internal and external parties on any shipping related issues
- Training and assigning duties for shipping personnel
- Deliver best quality service through establishment of import/export documentation in full and in time

**What will make you successful**
- Bachelors’ Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics Management or related field
- Two or more years of relevant experience or role at market/ business environment:

- Import / Export and Transportation
- Foreign Trade & Customs
- Claims
- LC
- Relevant operational experience at market/ business level, in the following areas is beneficial:

- Customer Service
- Demand & Supply Planning
- Finance: Business Planning, budget control, cost management
