East Region, Singapore Achieve Career Consultant Pte Ltd Full time $2,500 - $5,000 per year

Responsibilities:

·       Greet and assist customers, understand their needs and preferences

·       Provide product information and make recommendations

·       Promote and sell a wide range of duty-free products, such as liquor, tobacco, cosmetics, confectionery, and more

·       Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and store objectives

·       Maintain organized and attractive product displays, restock shelves as needed, and keep the store tidy

·       Process transactions and manage payments

·       Assist with inventory management and support in stock taking activities

·       Adhere to store policies, procedures, and safety standard

Requirements:

·       Previous experience in retail or customer service role is a plus

·       Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills

·       Ability to work under pressure and remain efficient during busy periods

·       Flexible to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays

·       Ability to stand for extended periods of time

5 days week including both weekends

·       AM shift: 7am to 4.40pm

·       PM shift: 12pm to 945pm

·       AL : 12 days with 11 PH off in lieu

·       Dental: $200 per year

·       VB- Targeted 10% of annual package

·       Training provided for alcoholic products
