Sales Executive

FirstCom Academy is seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales at events by engaging directly with potential customers, promoting our range of courses, and meeting sales targets. This is an exciting, target-driven sales role where your ability to connect with people, understand their needs.
Working Hours & Benefits:
- 5 days work week (including weekends)
- Working Hours: 11am - 8pm or 10am - 7pm (rostered based on events schedule)
- 14 days of Annual Leave + 14 days of Medical Leave
- Attractive Basic Salary: $3,000-$5,000 with additional incentives and commission up to $20K monthly
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively approach visitors at event booths, introducing FirstCom Academy's courses and generating sales.
- Provide detailed information about available courses, ensuring customers understand the value and benefits of each offering.
- Identify potential customers' needs and recommend courses that best match their goals and interests.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets at each event.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential customers, providing excellent customer service to ensure a positive experience.
- Maintain an organized booth setup and ensure all promotional materials are readily available and up to date.
- Represent the brand professionally, ensuring a high standard of customer service and brand presence at all times.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, in a direct sales or customer-facing role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and engage with customers.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable approaching potential customers, overcoming objections, and closing sales.
- Ability to work effectively with a team and contribute to achieving overall company goals.
