As a Centre Manager (Student Care), you will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Reporting to the Executive Director, the Student Care Manager leads a team of educators and administrative staff to ensure high-quality care.
  • The role involves strategic planning, team leadership, program oversight, and day-to-day operational management.
  • Drive implementation of organization's strategic goals and facilitate regular team communication.
  • Lead and mentor staff, manage performance reviews, and support professional development.
  • Oversee student enrolment, financial assistance applications, and related administrative tasks.
  • Ensure quality service delivery, manage parent and student concerns, and lead incident investigations.
  • Maintain strong stakeholder relationships and ensure compliance with reporting and audit requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and volunteers to run effective programs and activities.
  • Manage budgeting, resource allocation, and ensure the upkeep of facilities and equipment.
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and ensure adherence to systems and processes.

Requirements:

  • Minimum a Diploma in any discipline
  • Diploma in Care and Program (Student Services and Coaching) will be added advantage.
  • Experienced in supervising in a a school-based Student Care Centre.
  • Experienced working with children between the ages of 7 to 14.
  • Demonstrate a passion for working with children and promoting their overall well-being and development.
  • Exhibit patience, empathy, and understanding towards students and their unique needs.
