About the Role:We’re looking for an experienced Technical Sales Engineer with a strong background in laser micromachining to expand our market presence in Singapore and the region. With a strong focus on innovation and customer success, we deliver cutting-edge solutions that enable clients to achieve higher precision, productivity, and competitiveness.Job Responsibilities:Develop and manage new business opportunities in semiconductors, electronics, and micro-manufacturing.Act as a technical consultant, recommending the right laser solutions (UV, fiber, CO₂).Build long-term customer partnerships and drive sales strategy.Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.Collaborate with technical teams to deliver customized solutions.Travel across the region for client visits and industry events.Job Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.Minimum 5 years of sales experience in laser, semiconductor, or precision manufacturing.Strong understanding of laser micromachining, automation systems, and Industry 4.0 applications.Excellent communication skills (Mandarin proficiency preferred to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients).Proven track record in technical sales, negotiations, and closing deals.Nice-to-Have Skills:Experience with CNC systems, vision systems, or automation in laser applications.Knowledge of UV lasers, fiber lasers, and CO₂ lasers.Existing network of contacts in semiconductor and electronics sectors in Singapore/Malaysia.Why Join Us?Work with cutting-edge laser technologies in a niche and fast-growing industry.Gain regional exposure with opportunities to travel.Make an impact by working directly with leading semiconductor and manufacturing clients.Competitive compensation package and career advancement opportunities.
