Led by Chef Colin Buchan with extensive experience in London and Singapore working with Jason Atherton, Gordon Ramsay, Marco Pierre White, and Angela Hartnett.
- **This role requires you to commit at least 30 hours per week.**_
**Your Role**:
- Assist with kitchen’s daily operations
- Prepare dishes in accordance with restaurant’s menus and recipes
- Adhere to standards of food preparation, portioning and presentation
- Ensure food handling and hygiene are in accordance with NEA standards
**Job Requirements**:
- Minimum of 1-3 years of relevant work experience preferred
- Basic conversational English
- High standard of personal hygiene and personal grooming is compulsory
- Able to work on weekends and Public Holiday
**Job Type**: Part-time
**Salary**: $10.00 - $20.00 per hour
