**Responsibilities**:

- **Marketing Campaign Development**: Plan, create, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to promote products and services, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- **Market Research**: Conduct research to identify market trends, customer preferences, and competitive activities, providing insights for strategic decision-making.
- **Digital Marketing**: Manage the company’s social media platforms, website, and online advertising, optimizing content for SEO and audience engagement.
- **Budget Management**: Oversee marketing budgets for campaigns and events, ensuring cost-effective strategies are implemented while meeting objectives.
- **Brand Management**: Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing materials and campaigns, maintaining a positive and coherent brand image.
- **Performance Tracking and Reporting**: Monitor the success of marketing efforts through analytics tools, preparing reports on campaign performance and making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- **Collaboration with Sales and Design Teams**: Work closely with the sales and design teams to align marketing strategies with sales objectives and produce visually compelling content.

**Job Requirements**
- **Relevant Degree**: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- **Marketing Experience**: At least 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably with a focus on digital marketing.
- **Strong Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and present ideas clearly.
- **Creativity and Innovation**: A creative thinker with the ability to develop original ideas and strategies for marketing campaigns.
- **Analytical Skills**: Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to interpret marketing metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.

Pay: $3,000.00 - $3,800.00 per month
