This is global role covering SIOP process improvement & implementation, system supports including spec development, enhancements, troubleshooting, user testing and implementation and change management, skillset development including process and systems training, business intelligence, analytics and metrics development, management and implementation.
This role will be supporting special projects regarding expansions, new products implementation, new projects and what-ifs required by upper management to make financially sound decisions.

RESPONSIBILITIES
The functional expert for end-to-end planning (SIOP) processes including Demand Analytics, Supply Plan Development (Constraint Analysis), Business Scenarios, Production Plan Development & Execution
Overarching global team of key users in typical and advanced questions that require research to solve and work with IT to provide specs, testing support and implement solution in the functional area.
Serve as the Planning Systems Super User including existing system Oracle, E2Open, Kinaxis, Capacity Model as well as new systems. Understand standardized departmental functions, processes, procedures, and systems. Identify opportunities and drive for enhancements, develop and implement solutions
Coordinate and facilitate training for the new hires, new functionality, and upgrades and periodic audit existing users for their process and system use.
Functional lead for changes/enhancements to existing systems including upgrades to current systems. Drive change management to ensure successful roll out of all upgrades. Review Functional analytical needs and develop and provide solution and work with IT to develop automated solutions. Support Functional leader with special projects execution, reports or analytics compilation and short term backup for critical positions

KEY REQUIREMENT BA in Supply Chain Management or equivalent, or APICS certification a plus. 10-15 years of experience in Planning and Supply Chain related field. Proven track record in Global scale system implementation and Project management. Ability to effectively and professionally work under pressure, in a team oriented environment, with frequent changes in deadlines and priorities. ERP/MRP experience, Oracle & Kinaxis experience a plus Excellent communication & negotiation skills with both working and management levels. Advanced PC skills, with emphasis on spreadsheet and data analytics skills Occasional travel may be required
