This is a critical leadership role responsible for end-to-end planning from raw material to finished goods to maximize revenue and margin in alignment with business owners and all stakeholders. Reporting to the Head of SIOP & Global Planning, this role will manage a team of supply planners across all production sites, ensuring seamless coordination between cells and Modco in different locations.

**Responsibilities**:
Own the SIOP process and platforms, with a focus on demand-supply matching for an 18-month horizon
Manage the supply planner team on all production sites and ensure smooth WIP connection between Cells and Modco
Drive Manufacturing Ops and Sales Ops to achieve a common understanding of customer demand at the optimal cost
Contribute key updates to the monthly Executive Leadership SIOP meeting to top management (C-Level)
Generate an attainable and achievable supply plan that delivers an accurate and optimized commitment to sales revenue plan based on materials, capacity, and resource constraint analysis
Review materials availability and constraints with purchasing and ensure timely escalation to steer issues back on track and minimize delivery impact
Monitor and manage delivery commitments of global production locations (Cells and Modco) for the assigned product portfolio
Provide analytical support to Business Operations and Sales Ops teams for various scenarios and what-if business cases
Implement ramp-up/-down plans and coordinate planned production changes in consultation with key stakeholders
Support inventory management in view of business strategy and outlook
Participate in digitalization and automation projects

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or a related field
Minimum of 10 years of working experience in a similar role, with 3 years of leadership experience
Experience in leading, grooming, and setting up a regional team
ERP/MRP experience, with Oracle and Kinaxis experience a plus
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and negotiation skills with both working and management levels
Occasional travel may be required
