**What the day will look like**

As the Associate Application Developer some of your key responsibilities will involve:

- Be an active participant during the solutioning with the senior developers/architects and assist in making technology choices that ensure project success.
- Work alongside the Development Team Leads during the development process to ensure project design is being followed, assist in solving issues facing the team.
- Conduct discovery and lead software solution development using Azure Cloud.

ACIA’s Climate Risk Advisory team is currently looking for an Associate Application Developer to help empower results for our clients by delivering innovative and effective solutions as part to expand the delivery capabilities of our analytics solutions, which serves the needs of the firm’s clients and consultants worldwide. This role provides great exposure to the business, and the opportunity to take part in product development/implementation, training and support.

**Skills and experience that will lead to success**
- Experience in C# development, Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and Relational database
- Able to implement solutions while considering performance and maintainability of the code
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related technical field
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Critical thinker and problem solver
- Experience working in an agile software development environment
