Reporting to the Head of IT, you shall be responsible to:

- Involve in all stages of software development life cycle (including maintenance and support).
- Assist in updating standard operating procedure (SOP).
- Support and update SIT, UAT and User operational manual.
- Conduct proper planning with vendor to support project.
- Any other ad-hoc duties and projects as assigned by Superior.

**Job Requirements**:

- A recognized Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or relevant/ related qualification with at least 5 years of relevant working experience preferably in insurance industry.
- Practical experience in the following languages:

- **Objected-Oriented and Service-Oriented design and development**
- **Net (C#) with WPF UI**
- **SQL (MSSQL/MySQL/MongoDB)**
- **For Querying, Manipulating Data and working with tables**
- **For SQL Server Administration tasks such as granting permissions, creating and restoring backups.**
- **Git and TFS Source Controls**
- ReactJS
- React Native (for Hybrid Mobile App Development)
- Familiar with:

- IIS Administration and Configuration
- REST API
- Troubleshooting HTTP Error Codes
- Good to have knowledge in
- HTTPS/SSL Cert Management
- Using Ticketing/Service desk systems
- Event Sourcing

- Some experience in BCP and DR support is aplus.
