Resident Relations Officer provide assistance to owners and tenants in the condo. Daily duties of a Resident Relations Officer are handling requests from community residents, distributing mail, managing parking and assist with requests on repairs/handy man services. These are some of the duties for Resident Relations Officer highlight skills such as property management, networking, and problem solving, selling skills, effective communication, and being able to deal with all kinds of residents. Resident Relations Officer has to display a competency in building management too. Some of the main duties of Resident Relations Officer:
Greet and acknowledge all residents and announced/sign-in all guests, contractors and vendors.

Project a consistent image that complimented the property through appearance, performance and service orientation, while ensuring property rules and regulations are enforced.

Establish relationship with residents to tailor services to their individual needs.

Manage the main lobby and basement lobby in providing superior customer service, utilized knowledge of building policy and procedures such as: (BMSMA - By-Laws and Standard Operations Procedures) are enforced.

Provide residents services such as packages, sort and distribute mails and dry cleaning acceptance and retrieval, transportation options, restaurant reservation, event planning, local direction, setting of appointment to assist with condo unit and any additional request upon demand.

Responsible for various residents’ deliveries and daily operations of the property.

Record and deliver messages to residents/tenants and management.

Maintain a log book/record book for deliveries of store and packages to the appropriate residents/tenants.

Assist with administrative duties such as light copying & fax request and other requests as needed from owner/tenants/guests.

Maintain working relationship as liaison between residents and The Management.

Provide excellent service and assist residents and The Management.

Assist in booking of facilities.

Security stand point(s) stand-by at Guard House in the event security personal is attending to walk-in guests.

Security stand point(s) Manage visitors / guests logs to ensure PDPA protection.

Assist Real Estate Agents / Brokers on presenting the properties and common area.

Assist with move-in and move-out arrangements.

Monitor lobby traffic and alerting residents of deliveries and arriving guests.

Facilitate parking and general movement throughout the building for outside contractors as well as prospective tenants.

A complete daily reports giving time stamp overview of daily events during the shifts as well as inventory log and submit it to the management.

Consistently protect the privacy and security of all residents and guests.
