We are looking for dedicated people with drive, commitment and enthusiasm to join us as Executive - Resident Relations.
**The Job**:
- Perform all duties consistent with that of a Customer Service / Guest Relations Officer.
- To act as a point of contact for residents and follow-up on their feedback to ensure that residents enjoys a pleasant and seamless experience throughout their stay in the property.
- Conduct unit inspections, testing of electrical appliances and connection of all necessary services e.g. gas and electricity etc.
- Preparation of the units and handover kit for handover to residents.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in customer service.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Customer-oriented, meticulous and independent worker.
- Able to speak Mandarin to handle Chinese-speaking residents.
