Team Introduction
Bytedance is seeking an enthusiastic finance business partner (FP&A) individual to join the finance team based in Singapore - this team aims to improve management efficiency, reduce financial risks and strengthen budget control by providing business analysis and management reports to the wider business.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with business team and strategy team, provide optimized financial solutions or advice to support business requirements by collaborating with cross functional teams when necessary.
- Provide insightful P&L analysis reports to headquarter in timely manner. Highlights the potential risk to sales and finance leaders.
- Prepare managerial financial report and rolling forecast, track business financial performance and perform related financial analysis.
- Build and optimize financial processes, related systems and financial modelling to improve efficiency and control business risk.
- Perform special ad hoc projects and analysis on a frequent basis, with focus on revenue accounting as well as order to cash cycles.
- Perform account analysis and reconciliations for revenue at customer account level.
- Prepare journal entries for revenue and accounts receivable related accounts on a monthly basis (monthly closing duty).
- Responsible for the preparation of periodic reports to support internal reporting requirements.
- Review non-standard deals and contracts/agreements and assess risks and exposures in accordance with Company accounting policy.

**Qualifications**:

- At least 5 years of experience in FP&A, front desk finance (Business Partner) or related analytical experiences.
- Experience/Good understanding of cloud computing industry, relevant experience in SaaS/PaaS/IaaS company is highly preferred
- Detailed knowledge of full cycle revenue accounting issues and treatment.
- Demonstrated leadership, collaboration and communications skills, and the ability to effectively influence business partners, as well as ability to collaborate with a diverse range of people and job functions.
- Preferably a CPA, CFA, CMA.
