Head of Corporate Planning

As a Head of Corporate Planning, your mission is to be the right-hand person and force multiplier to the CEO to connect vision with execution by driving the operating mechanisms of the organization. Acting as the strategic partner and trusted advisor, you will help with key decision making and problem solving on the most critical issues which the functions and verticals are facing to drive the group forward. Our projects range from new business launches to large scale transformation programs.
**Responsibilities**
- Manage priorities and act as a thought partner to senior stakeholders and provide domain and/or project expertise knowledge when required
- Lead the office of the CEO to build strategy and create high impact change through collaboration across a range of verticals and functions within the group
- Identify key business needs, develop tactical action plans, measure and track results in line with the corporate strategy
- Evaluate and recommend new business ventures and investments to management and ensuring that management is provided with useful information on timely basis
- End-to-end ownership and implementation of key projects including but not limited to strategic partnerships and any potential M&A deals
- Influence decision making with senior stakeholders as well as working teams on critical issues
- Establishing and reviewing key strategic priorities and translating them into a comprehensive strategic plan
- Any other duties as determined by CEO and COO
**Requirements**:
- 10+ years of experience in consultancy or a management role
- Solid functional knowledge, including but not limited to strategic planning, business development, marketing, project management etc
- Proven ability to lead teams, motivate others and communicate complex ideas clearly
- Strong quantitative, analytical and conceptual problem-solving skills combined with outstanding business acumen
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills to effectively engage stakeholders and senior management in risk discussion
