We are authorised and legal remittance company by Monetary Authority Singapore (MAS). The company mainly assists customers in remittances from Singapore to abroad, data maintenance and preparation of daily reports.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform Retail Banking Transaction including Remittance
- Handling operational matters, such as Inward/Outward Remittance
- Liaising with customer, relationship managers on update/follow up issues
- Handle of enquiries from internal and external customers
- Ensure compliance of document processings

**Requirements**:

- Must be meticulous, careful, positive and full of responsibility
- Mature with good communication skills and able to work independently
- Team-player, ability to adapt to changing needs of the organization and demands of internal and external stakeholders
- Able to work in collaboration with team
- Possesses good PC skills and accurate data input
- Effectively bilingual languages such as English, Chinese, Malay or others will be an added advantage
