We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our frontline team as a Cash Handling Specialist.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling cash transactions, managing remittance software, and ensuring accurate handling of cash and maintaining a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facing customers and assisting with remittance transactions.
  • Manage remittance software and process transactions securely.
  • Ensure accurate handling of cash and maintain a safe working environment.
Requirements
  • You must have at least 5 years of experience as a frontline teller in a remittance or money changing environment OR possess a diploma/degree without prior experience.
  • You should be fluent in another language (e.g., Hindi, Tamil) and have strong command over spoken and written English.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications including data entry and cash management is essential.
  • You need good customer handling skills and a positive attitude to succeed in this role.
  • As a team player, you should be able to adapt to a fast-paced environment and work collaboratively towards common goals.
  • Able to manage your time effectively and motivated to exceed expectations.
