**Responsibilities**

1. Identify and establish relationships with Chinese companies willing to collaborate with Tiger Brokers to drive client acquisition, trading flow, and marketing campaigns.

2. Develop and implement business development strategies tailored to the Chinese market, leveraging industry knowledge and market insights.

3. Collaborate with internal teams to customize Tiger Brokers' offerings to meet the specific needs of Chinese partners.

4. Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial and long-term collaborations.

5. Maintain a robust pipeline of prospective partners and manage the business development process from initial contact through to deal closure.

6. Represent Tiger Brokers at industry events, conferences, and meetings in Greater China to enhance the company's visibility and network.

7. Provide regular updates and reports on business development activities and outcomes to senior management.

**Qualifications**

1. Bachelor’s degree or relevant coursework in business, finance, or a related field is preferred.

2. At least two years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role, with a focus on the Chinese market.

3. Deep understanding of the Chinese business environment and market dynamics.

4. Strong network of contacts within the Greater China business community.

5. Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.

6. Highly numerate and computer literate.

7. Proficiency in English and Mandarin, with excellent written and verbal communication skills as you are required to handle Chinese clients and work closely with our China office.

8. Strong knowledge of financial markets and investment products will be added advantage.
