We are a local SME established since 2004 and a major distributor and exporter of new and used electronics and accessories to South-East Asia, the Middle East, Hong Kong and China.

Since our establishment, we have grown from strength to strength. Our business and annual revenue growth have increased substantially over the years and we have expanded our operations internationally to operating subsidiary offices in Tokyo, Dubai and Hong Kong.

We are seeking an experienced Finance & HR Manager to join our organization to take charge of our group accounts.

**FINANCE & HR MANAGER**

**Responsibilities**:

- Direct the accounting and financial function of the business unit to ensure accurate and timely recording and reporting of operating results.
- Ensure adherence to established accounting principles and practices [IFRS and GAAP].
- Maintain a culture of strong internal controls, SOPs and statutory compliances of the group of companies.
- Provide the group financial analyses and interpretations of variances, and advice to management for decision-making processes.
- Direct the development and implementation of processes and procedures to improve effectiveness and efficiency of the group operations.
- Provide management support to the group HR department and to effectively lead the team for statutory compliance and good practice of HR function.
- Monitor the daily forex and cash flow to meet the business requirements for the group companies.
- Assist Director in the development of new business segments and strategy in the new set up in overseas and Singapore.

**Requirements**:

- A recognized Degree in Accountancy with minimum 5 years of Accounting, Group Consolidation and HR work experience.
- Hands-on experience in related parties transfer pricing.
- Progressive track record in Accounting, Finance and HR administration.
- Able to lead, train, develop and motivate a team to deliver quality output.
- Able to influence and drive best practices with group Business Unit heads and Practice Leaders.
- Meticulous and with good organization and presentation skills.

- 5 days work week
- Work location : West, company transport pick up at Jurong East MRT Station
- Salary range is negotiable and commensurate with work experience **+ Good Bonus Scheme**

**Salary**: $6,000.00 - $6,500.00 per month
