**Key Responsibilities**
- Support Sales Team from opportunity identification to closing of deal
- Align to customer requirements with company offerings portfolio describing solution and scope of work to meet or exceed requirements
- Architecting and designing workforce learning and performance solutions that meet functional requirements in support of client needs.
- Focused on establishing true relationships with prospects and clients
- Lead and collaborate with other functional teams to review overall solutions taking into consideration the deliverable aspects
- Work on client proposal and present to client suggested solutions
- Work closely the Sales Team by providing views and input which is relevant to pricing considerations and provides the necessary technical proposal
- Jointly work with the Sales Team in building opportunities and pipeline through consultative selling approach
- Positions and leverage solution portfolio of products and services to gain competitive advantage against competition. Promote service as part of all opportunities where applicable
- Monitor Edtech market trends and provide regular competitor feedback.
- Review new Edtech vendors and technologies jointly with the Business Development Team for partnership opportunities.
- Supports technical representation in Bid Management and Review process.
- Conducts training and briefing sessions on relevant solutions to internal teams.
**Qualification**
- 5 years consultative B2B sales experience in technical solutions
- Previous experience working for an EdTech Company in a similar position would be a strong advantage
- Prior sales experience for SaaS platform solutions will be an advantage
- Knowledge of regional education market needs, competition, and the latest industry news and trends
- Ability to work independently and must be quick on your feet
- Disciplined and driven individual, who has high persistence
- Good teamwork, open-minded to always improve and sharpen sales craft
- Passionate about human capital performance / workforce learning and development
- Determination and persistence to drive sales.
- Technical background is a bonus
- A creative, energetic and self-driven individual, who understands your clients, their business needs and, assist them in defining clear goals, to ensure a successful win
