We are partnering with a leading FMCG company renowned for its snack products. As the Snack Product Manager, you will play a key role in leading product selection and go-to-market execution — from concept to shelf. It’s not just about picking tasty snacks, but about identifying winning products that drive sales and build brand equity.

**What You’ll Be Responsible For**:

- **Product Strategy & Selection**:Track snack trends, analyze consumer preferences, and select products that align with brand positioning and market needs.
- **Taste Testing & Quality Control**:Organize and lead sensory tests to evaluate flavor, appearance, packaging, and shelf life. Make go/no-go product decisions.
- **Launch Planning**:Develop product launch timelines, including packaging design, pricing strategy, promotional planning, and channel selection.
- **Cross-Functional Coordination**:Work closely supply chain, retail, marketing, and sales to ensure timely and effective product rollout.
- **Sales Tracking & Optimization**:Monitor sales performance and user feedback post-launch; refine product strategy based on data and market response.
- **Inventory & Channel Management**:Manage stock levels, ensure product availability across both online and offline channels, and avoid overstock or stockouts.

**We’re Looking for Someone Who**:

- Has experience in the **snack, food, or FMCG industries**:

- Has a strong grasp of product launch strategy, with a good eye for packaging and a deep understanding of consumer behavior.
- Familiar with snack supply networks and able to identify reliable sourcing partners.
- Able to work cross-functionally and thrive in a fast-paced environment
