
Manager, Corporate Support Office

The incumbent leads and oversees the daily operation of the Corporate Support Office (CSO). He or she also manages administrative initiatives to drive business excellence like ISO, Biz Safe and NS Mark. In this capacity, the manager also plays a mentorship role to key CSO personnel, ensuring constant improvement in their performance and skills. With her section of four staff, the responsibilities include but not limited to the following:
**Responsibilities - Oversee or supervise**:
- Full cycle of recruitment process from job posting to onboarding for outsourced staff, job posting, interview arrangement, onboarding, etc.
- Work closely with appointed agency on the administrative processes for outsourced staff such as timesheet submission, OT and claim processing.
- HR related issues escalated, such as request for internal transfer, handling of staff feedbacks, complaints, exit management and staff welfare.
- Planning and execution of company events such as town halls and CSR activities such as charity fund raising.
- Implementation HR projects and co-ordinate engagement activities to enhance employer branding and employees experience
- Co-ordinate estate and logistic related matters across centres such as renovation requests, building inspection, fixed assets monitoring and disposal, paper pulp exercise etc.
- Procurement of manpower resources, office stationaries etc, verification and approval of invoices for expenses charged to Corporate Support Office
- Co-ordinate and collate reporting to HQ upon request
- Support Biz Excellence initiatives and reporting such as ISO, Biz Safe and NS Mark certifications
- Oversee the performance of CSO HR admin team
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned such as co-ordination and reporting of COVID 19 SMM, function as members of the EHS committee and PD protection working committee
**Requirements**:
- Degree in related discipline with minimum 5-7 years of working experiences
- At least 2-3 years of experience in managerial or administrative position and a proven record of excellent performance
- Familiar with the Labour Law, MOM regulations, and human resources practices in Singapore
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong interpersonal, organizational and problem solving skills
