On behalf of our clients, we are looking for
Manager - Corporate Support Office
The incumbent leads and oversees the corporate Support Office (CSO) Insourced Manpower Recruitment, Procurement, Administration & Operations, Safety & Health, and COVID 19 SMM implementation. She also assists to co-ordinate estate matters that cut across different centres. The incumbent supports MSS in areas of management reporting, for example, COVID status reporting and ad hoc projects. The incumbent also manages administrative initiatives to drive business excellence like ISO, Biz Safe, NS Mark, and QSC.
In this capacity, he/she also plays a mentorship role to key CSO personnel, ensuring constant improvement in their performance and skills. With her section of 3 staff, her responsibilities also include the following:
**Responsibilities**
- Oversee planning and execution of company events
- Manage the full cycle of the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding for outsourced staff, job posting, interview arrangement, onboarding, etc.
- Work closely with recruitment agencies on the administrative processes like Payroll, Timesheet, OT and etc. for outsourced staff
- Participate in HR projects to enhance employer branding and employee experience
- Assist Centres in implementing HR policies or procedures
- Oversee the performance appraisals for CSO
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
**Requirements**:
- Degree in related discipline with a minimum of 5-7 years of working experience
- At least 2-3 years of experience in a managerial or administrative position and a proven record of excellent performance
- Familiar with the Labour Law, MOM regulations, and human resources practices in Singapore
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Hands-on experience in organizing large-scale recruitment campaigns
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills
