Marketing Executive (UGC, Social & Community)

**Location**: Singapore (Hybrid Role Available)
**Work Days**: 5-day work week
**Compensation**:

- **Base Salary**: SGD 2,500-2,800/month
- **Performance Bonus**: Based on GMV contribution
- **Total Monthly Earnings**: Up to SGD 4,000/month

WELIVE is Singapore’s fastest-growing creator-powered online supermarket. We partner with over 200 creators and live-sellers to distribute viral, everyday products through platforms like TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada, and more.

Our mission is to build Southeast Asia’s most dynamic creator-driven e-commerce distribution network — and we’re looking for a full-time Marketing Executive to help us scale.

**Role Overview**

As the Marketing Executive, you will take ownership of our marketing efforts across TikTok, Instagram, and Telegram. You will play a key role in planning and executing video content, community engagement, and campaigns that directly drive sales.

This is a performance-linked role where your contributions are directly tied to the company’s growth. You’ll work closely with the founding team and be empowered to lead initiatives that drive real results.

**Responsibilities**
- Plan, shoot, and edit UGC-style videos for TikTok and Instagram
- Build and manage a monthly content calendar across social channels
- Manage and grow our Telegram community through scheduled messages, updates, and brand engagement
- Design simple marketing materials including banners, product visuals, and educational graphics
- Assist in or host live-selling sessions on TikTok or Instagram
- Work with the founding team on campaign ideation, planning, and execution
- Track content performance, report key metrics, and iterate based on sales data

**Requirements**:

- Strong interest or experience in TikTok content creation and short-form video marketing
- Comfortable being on or behind the camera
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment
- Confident in basic design tools such as Canva or CapCut
- Strong sense of initiative, creativity, and adaptability
- Prior experience with TikTok Shop, affiliate marketing, or live-selling is a plus

Pay: $2,500.00 - $4,000.00 per month
