Singapore BCA Building and Construction Authority Full time

You will be part of a dynamic team that plays a key role in shaping the future of construction, through process re-engineering and technology.

**What you will be working on**:

- Examine current construction processes and methods to establish areas for enhancements.
- Scan for suitable technology, including robotics and automation, which can improve construction productivity.
- Collect and analyse work sites’ manpower data to support the process re-engineering study and technology scan.
- Integrate roposed solutions into a structured framework for adoption.
- Communicate and engage relevant industry stakeholders to ignite interest and garner buy-in for adoption of proposed solutions.

**What we are looking for**:

- At least three years of experience working on construction projects, preferably in the capacity of a design consultant, project / construction manager or main contractor.
- A bachelor’s degree in construction / project management, architecture, engineering, or other BE-related disciplines (knowledge / expertise in Lean Construction and analytics software will be an advantage).
- Is resourceful, able to work well independently and in a team; and have a positive mindset, ready to tread in uncharted waters.
